Where and when do I pick up?

Orders can be picked up from our shop at Revolutsia (2721 E Central). We are located on the main level at the west end of the community. Please specify your preferred pickup time on your selected date when placing your order.

When are you open?

We do not have regular open business hours, as pickups are by appointment only. Orders can be placed and scheduled for any date/time (including holidays!), excluding any blackout dates noted on our order and checkout pages.

How soon in advance do I need to order?

We are currently requesting a 48-hour notice prior to your order; however if you have a rush order, please let us know and we will do our best to work you in, if possible.

Can i change my pickup time?

In order to ensure the quality of our ingredients, your Board will be freshly prepared prior to your pickup time. If you need to make a change to your originally scheduled pickup time, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule.

Can I bring in my own platter?

Yes! We would love to work with you on a spread for your own platter.

How long will my board stay fresh?

To ensure freshness, we recommend serving your Board the same day that you pick it up. If you do not plan on serving it within two hours of pickup, we recommend refrigerating the Board until 45 minutes prior.

What temperature do I serve the board?

Cured meats and cheese taste best at room temperature, so we recommend setting it out for 45 minutes prior to serving.

What is made in house?

We make all of our own hummus, pesto, and marinated nuts.

Are you organic?

We attempt to source the most organic ingredients as possible, however not everything is organic. All of our grapes and berries are 100% organic.

What if I don't like a certain cheese/nut/etc?

Let us know in the “Special Requests/Instructions” write-in box and we will accommodate! You’ll see this once you add a product to your cart.

Do you help set up for large events/weddings?

Absolutely! Please contact us and we would love to talk logistics.

Do you provide utensils?

Each order will include tongs and a knife for cutting soft cheeses, but plates are not included. A honey dipper will come with orders that include a jar of honey,

Are the flowers edible?

Eat up – all of the flowers are edible!

What is local?

Our honey is from Murphy Family Ranch in Augusta, our micro greens are from an assortment of local farmers, our cheddar is from Jason Wiebe Dairy in Durham, and our salami is sourced from Yoder Meats.

What are your boards made of?

Our boards are made out of baltic birch from JW Craftsman, and they are yours to keep!
